Ordinary kelp rolls are made by tying the middle part of properly rolled kelp with a piece of dried rice or straw, trimming the tied end with a knife, and then boiling it in seasoned soup. However, the above-mentioned tying and finishing work, which was all done by hand, required a high degree of skill and time, and the costs were unavoidable. Especially when using haypiyo as the banding material, With materials such as kelp, which require a long time to boil, the dried beans often break, which not only reduces the yield of the product, but also causes uneven quality due to the uneven width and thickness of the dried beans, which increases the product value. This was causing a decline in

In view of these circumstances, the creator of this case has conducted various experiments and research on the above-mentioned band material for this type of boiled food, and has found that the dried refining products that are commercially available and whose main ingredient is fish meat have the same ingredients. In addition to having high adhesion through undried bricked products, the joint area also exhibits strong fusion properties due to the heat during boiling. The idea was that by using it as a resource, problems with narrative could be solved rationally.

Below, the configuration of the main project will be explained in detail according to the drawings.
The strips 1, 1' and their adhesive 2 shown in Fig. 1 A and B are mainly made from the paste of fish meat such as pollock, and are mixed with starch, soybean protein and other seasonings as appropriate. The strips 1 and 1' are so-called dry-refined products obtained by drying the above-mentioned refined products into thin plates, and the adhesive 2 is the refined product itself.

The strip-shaped strip material 1 is, for example, one obtained by cutting a commercially available thin plate-shaped dried fish meat product into the required width and length, and the ring-shaped strip material 1'
In this method, the above-mentioned thin plate-shaped dry-refined product is wrapped around a pipe of a desired diameter, the adhesive 2 is applied to the joint edge, and the dried product is formed into a cylindrical shape, which is then cut into rings of a constant width. This is what I got.

In the case of the above-mentioned ring-shaped strip 1', it is more convenient if it has already been made into a cylinder shape during the manufacturing process of the dried fish meat product, since it is only necessary to cut it into rings.

In actual use of the proposed strip material having the above-described structure, the strip-shaped strip material 1 is wrapped one to three times on the surface of a suitably rolled kelp 3, for example, as shown in Figure 2. A knot-free kelp roll material can be obtained by simply wrapping the material around the material, applying adhesive 2 to the end of the material, and gluing it together. For example, simply by bundling up a large number of raw burdock 4 cut to an appropriate length and passing them through the ring of the band material, a bound material can be immediately created.

Therefore, with the band material of the present invention, the labor and skill of tying the materials individually is completely unnecessary, and the workability and efficiency can be significantly improved. In particular, by using the ring-shaped band material 1', The advantages include that the thickness of the material is constant and the finish is beautiful.

On the other hand, obtaining the product by boiling the above-mentioned materials bound by the band material of the present invention in an appropriate seasoning is still the same as with conventional boiled foods of this kind, but the band material is not used during the boiling process. The heat completely fuses the adhesive parts, so the product does not break due to long boiling or come undone during handling, unlike traditional drying methods. The yield rate is good, and dry-brined products can be colored freely during production, so by arbitrarily selecting the color of the strip material to match the ingredients, boiled foods with good color can be provided at any time. This will bring significant benefits over a wide range of areas.
