本考案は、フイルタープレスの濾過板に関する
もので、濾枠に角型鋼管を用いて軽量化すると共
に、濾枠の前後面に接着したゴムパツキン材の滑
り出しを防止する補強板を周設して上面に断熱板

板において、鋼材規格品の角型鋼管でもつて濾枠
６を形成し、該濾枠６の正面並びに背面にゴムパ
ツキン材７，７を接着し、ゴムパツキン材の圧縮
時の滑り出しを防止すると共に濾枠を補強するた
めに補強鉄板８を濾枠６に周設して前後端を濾枠
６より突出させると共に多孔板４，４の端面を濾
枠６の前後面に突出状に固定し、補強鉄板８の上
面に断熱板９を付設させた濾過板１０を構成すべ
くなして成るものである。尚、図中１１は中板１
並びに濾枠６に設けた脱水孔、１２は脱水管、１
３は送りローラ、１４は送り爪、１５は補強ピン

本考案の濾過板１０は、濾枠６に鋼材規格品の
角型鋼管を用いて濾板の軽量化をはかり、濾過板
１０の誘導に要する力を軽減させ得るものであ
る。また、従来濾枠にゴムパツキン材を固着する
場合には、鋼材にタツプを立ててゴムパツキン材
をビス止めする方法がとられていたが、本考案の
濾枠６は規格の角型鋼管であるため肉厚が薄くタ
ツプ立てが困難であり、かといつてゴムパツキン
材を焼付けるには多大の加工費を要するものであ
る。そこで、濾枠６の前後面に接着したゴムパツ
キン材７，７の圧縮時の滑り出しによる剥離を防
止するために、濾枠６の外周面に補強鉄板８をス
ポツト熔接でもつて固着して前後端を突出させる
と共に多孔板４，４の端面を濾枠６の前後面に張
り出して固定させたものである。そして、補強鉄
板８を角型鋼管の濾枠６に周設するため濾枠の補
強も同時になし得るものである。更に、濾枠６の
上面に断熱板９を張設して野外にフイルタープレ
スを設置した場合の濾枠６の温度上昇を抑制し、
ゴムパツキン材の接着部の劣化を防止しながら濾
過枠の耐用年数を向上させ得る等、前記した様な
