【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、フイルタープレスの濾過板に関する
もので、濾枠に角型鋼管を用いて軽量化すると共
に、濾枠の前後面に接着したゴムパツキン材の滑
り出しを防止する補強板を周設して上面に断熱板

6を形成し、該濾枠6の正面並びに背面にゴムパ
ツキン材7,7を接着し、ゴムパツキン材の圧縮
時の滑り出しを防止すると共に濾枠を補強するた
めに補強鉄板8を濾枠6に周設して前後端を濾枠
6より突出させると共に多孔板4,4の端面を濾
枠6の前後面に突出状に固定し、補強鉄板8の上
面に断熱板9を付設させた濾過板10を構成すべ
くなして成るものである。尚、図中11は中板1
並びに濾枠6に設けた脱水孔、12は脱水管、1
3は送りローラ、14は送り爪、15は補強ピン

本考案の濾過板10は、濾枠6に鋼材規格品の
角型鋼管を用いて濾板の軽量化をはかり、濾過板
10の誘導に要する力を軽減させ得るものであ
る。また、従来濾枠にゴムパツキン材を固着する
場合には、鋼材にタツプを立ててゴムパツキン材
をビス止めする方法がとられていたが、本考案の
濾枠6は規格の角型鋼管であるため肉厚が薄くタ
ツプ立てが困難であり、かといつてゴムパツキン
材を焼付けるには多大の加工費を要するものであ
る。そこで、濾枠6の前後面に接着したゴムパツ
キン材7,7の圧縮時の滑り出しによる剥離を防
止するために、濾枠6の外周面に補強鉄板8をス
ポツト熔接でもつて固着して前後端を突出させる
と共に多孔板4,4の端面を濾枠6の前後面に張
り出して固定させたものである。そして、補強鉄
板8を角型鋼管の濾枠6に周設するため濾枠の補
強も同時になし得るものである。更に、濾枠6の
上面に断熱板9を張設して野外にフイルタープレ
スを設置した場合の濾枠6の温度上昇を抑制し、
ゴムパツキン材の接着部の劣化を防止しながら濾
過枠の耐用年数を向上させ得る等、前記した様な
