マスク、１４……スリツト、１８……ブラツクマ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パネル内面にシヤドウマスクを介して黒色
無反射層を備えたドツト状蛍光スクリーンを形成
する露光装置において、光源として直線状光源を
有し、スリツトで制限された上記光源を、その中
心を回転軸の中心として水平面上で回転させると
ともに垂直方向に振幅するようにしたことを特徴
とする露光装置。 (2) スリツトの幅をａとし、光源の上下移動に
よつて形成される光源から周辺へ投影される光跡
の幅をｂとしたとき、ｂ／ａ＝０．８〜１．５と
なるように光源の上下移動量を設定した実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項記載の露光装置。
