Claims (1)
- 略水平方向に検出面が配置される被測定物に略
鉛直方向に配置されるノズルから流体を前記検出
面に向つて略垂直に噴射し、該ノズルから被測定
物の検出面までの噴射流体の流長の変化を電気的
に検出して、被測定物の位置又は形状を検出する
噴射流体の流長による位置又は形状検出装置にお
いて、前記ノズルを被測定物の進行方向に傾斜さ
せ、噴射流体を被測定物の進行方向に傾斜させて
、噴射された流体のノズルへの落下を防止するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする噴射流体の流長による
位置又は形状検出装置。
