Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the density of the thread layer by arranging the ribs having sawtoothed return stops in a proper division, at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction on the outer periphery and forming a straight pipe part over the half of the total length of more and forming the residual part into the tapered part having a large diameter and having slip suppressing cut parts. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ribs 4 on which a number of holes 5 are drilled and the shallow sawtoothed return stops 6 are cut in descent slope on the upper surface are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction on the outer periphery, and a straight pipe part 2 is formed over the half of the total length or more. The residual part is formed thick towards the edge, having a large diameter, and a tapered part 3 is formed by drilling a number of holes 7 and forming the slip suppressing stripes 8 on the peripheral surface, and the part between the both connection divisions is formed into an inclined part 13. Therefore, the shape of a bobbin is not changed, and the wound thread layer is compressed in the axial direction, and the winding density can be increased. The quantity of the cheeses mounted onto a carrier can be increased over the quantity in the conventional, and repeated use is permitted, and even if the quantity of thread on a holding lever increases in dehydration, the load applied onto the same holding lever can be reduced.

To achieve this, it is necessary to be able to load a large amount of cheese into the dyeing tank, and so-called compression bobbins have been put into practical use. This compression bobbin is
By compressing the yarn made into cheese using the bobbin in the axial direction, it expands somewhat in the radial direction, but the overall winding is denser and less bulky, making it easier to stack cheese on the cheese carrier. The aim is to increase the number of

Prior Art: Various studies have already been conducted for use for this purpose, and a few compression bobbins have been proposed. For example, Utility Model Application No. 53-41417, Utility Model Application No. 58-106351
According to Publication No. 9, or Utility Model Application No. 106318/1983,
As disclosed by Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-160362, the bobbin! By applying pressure in the direction of the III line, the vertical joints may deform and become buckled, resulting in sewing that shortens the overall length. Once these materials have been used, they cannot be reused after being subjected to pressure treatment, which increases the cost of scouring, bleaching and dyeing, and in addition, it is difficult to dispose of used bobbins.

However, the former type is a disposable type as mentioned above, and along with the latter type, it can be used in cheese dyeing machines in the United States, In order to increase the carrying capacity by using a cheese carrier according to No. 1, the cheese is used for everything from dyeing etc. to dehydration processing, with the cheese still on board.
d. It is still inconvenient that there is no stacking allowance due to the structure. Further, since it has such a structure, it has poor durability even after repeated use, and therefore, it is difficult to reuse it, which naturally results in high cost, and there are problems in that it cannot be used effectively.

Purpose of the invention: The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and the winding compresses the yarn layer in the axial direction without changing the shape of the bobbin at all, and the winding increases the density. In addition, the amount of cheese loaded on the carrier can be increased more than before, so it can be used repeatedly, and even though the amount of thread on the holding rod increases during dehydration, the load on the same holding rod is reduced. The purpose is to make a cheese bobbin that can be made with cheese.

In addition, in the present invention, each rib in the straight tube part of the bobbin is formed with a slight downward slope from its end to the connecting slope part with the tapered part, and the connecting point of the rib is adjusted to an appropriate size from the end to the connecting point of the rib. A shallow serrated anti-slip groove is carved on the upper surface of the thread layer with a slope opposite to the above-mentioned slope. This made it possible to prevent the lint from restoring itself.

is connected to the inclined part 4 having a large angle of inclination and has an integral bottom shape, and this inclined part 111 is also provided with a hole. In addition, holes (crj (r) α-at:t) are provided in the straight pipe part +2), the tapered part (3), and the inclined part 01. It can also be a hole.According to the cheese bobbin from Kugi '14, which is constructed like this, you can wind a thread around it to make cheese (in that case, use the traditional wine goo of 1st grade + F ! In order to adopt a system in which the work is carried out as is by loading it on a carrier, it is desirable to increase the number of times it can be loaded. A method of increasing the loading capacity by lowering the stacking height of one piece of cheese in seven bottles can be adopted, and if used to implement this method, that is, to use it as a pressure bobbin. After winding the thread in a predetermined manner, if the thread Ff1m is pressed in the axial direction from the end of the straight pipe section (with the taper 5 (3) side facing down) using a predetermined pressing means, the straight pipe section ( Since the attached rib (4) is formed with a slight downward slope on the tapered part (3) side of the bobbin 11, the winding can be done evenly throughout the entire yarn layer without any displacement of the lower layer of the yarn layer (7). When compressed, the part wrapped around the tapered part (3) is
so that the anti-slip (8) crosses the outer peripheral surface in the axial direction,
Since the anti-slip strips (9) are formed in a plurality of annular shapes and are equally divided along the entire circumference in the vertical direction, the yarn layer wound around the section resists the load from the pressing side. It is maintained without shifting. Therefore, the yarn layer portion wound around the straight pipe portion 12) is compressed, and the density is kept approximately uniform throughout, and the original shape can be maintained without collapse.

The amount of compression when compressing in this way can be set arbitrarily, but by the way, if you compress it by about 20%, the dyeing density will be higher in the subsequent processing, the dyeability will not be impaired, and uniform dyeing will be possible. Of course, centrifugal dehydration also facilitates drying.

When winding with a comb, the yarn layer is compressed, and the straight pipe section 2) is exposed for a required length from its end. When loading compressed cheese into the cheese loading holding rod of the cheese carrier, the cheese bobbins at the upper position to be stacked are fitted into the rib fitting groove 1u3 provided in the lower fitting hole I/c and stacked. The number of reloads can be increased. At this time, the rib (4) and its fitting groove H match and are easily fitted, and the fitting groove (1N) has a trapezoidal cross section so that misalignment can occur and the fitting can be made correctly. Also, the ends of each rib (4) are rounded to make it easier to load cheese.

9. In the straight pipe part, by appropriately distributing the vertical ribs and forming them slightly higher than the outer peripheral surface, the outer peripheral surface of the pobbin and the winding of the yarn layer are Voids are formed in the yarn layer, which can reduce the movement resistance when compressing the yarn layer, and also facilitate the flow of chemical solutions during scouring, bleaching, and dyeing, which can be useful for evenly permeating into the yarn bureau.

Effects of the invention: According to the present invention, when compressing the thread layer of cheese, it can be operated for the purpose without causing variable deformation of the pobbin, and even when the thread layer is compressed by 7vc, it can be easily compressed from the middle part. Since it can be moved in the direction of the compression axis, the winding does not cause collapse of the yarn layer, so it is possible to have a uniform density, and the structure is not as complicated, so the manufacturing cost is low. It has many features not found in the past, such as the fact that it can be used repeatedly and has great economic effects.
