Claims (1)
- 多結晶シリコンをゲート電極または配線として
使用する相補型ＭＯＳ半導体集積回路装置におい
て、前記回路装置を構成するＰチヤンネル型ＭＯ
ＳＦＥＴのゲートはＮ型導電型多結晶シリコンか
らなり、前記Ｎ型導電型多結晶シリコンがＮチヤ
ンネル型ＭＯＳＦＥＴのＮ型拡散層で形成される
ソースまたはドレインに直接接続されており、か
つ前記回路装置を構成するＮチヤンネル型ＭＯＳ
ＦＥＴのゲートはＰ型導電型多結晶シリコンから
なり、前記Ｐ型導電多結晶シリコンがＰチヤンネ
ル型ＭＯＳＦＥＴのＰ型拡散層で形成されるソー
スまたはドレインに直接接続されていることを特
徴とする相補型ＭＯＳ半導体集積回路装置。
