Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対象物体の周辺に配置した複数個のスリツト光
    源からのスリツト光をそれらが同一平面をなすよ
    うに対象物体に向けて投射し、対象物体の表面に
    その周囲を取り巻く１本の光切断線を生じさせる
    スリツト光投射手段と、上記対象物体の周辺に配
    置した複数台のカメラで上記光切断線の全体を分
    担して撮像する光切断線撮像手段と、上記各カメ
    ラで得られた画像データを処理する画像処理手段
    とを有し、この画像処理手段は、上記各カメラで
    得られた画像データごとにそれに含まれる上記光
    切断線の部分像の形状情報を検出する手段と、上
    記光切断線の部分像の形状情報を１つの実体座標
    系に統合し、１つのメモリプレーン上に上記光切
    断線の全体の像データを合成する手段とを含んで
    いることを特徴とする物体の全断面輪郭形状の計
    測装置。
