    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フラツトＩＣをソケツトのＩＣ固定板に支持し
    、該フラツトＩＣの複数本のリードをそれぞれ電
    極にリード圧着板で圧着させる多ピンフラツトＩ
    Ｃ用測定治具において、前記ＩＣ固定板に支持さ
    れたフラツトＩＣのリード外周に該リードの位置
    決めを行うリード位置決め枠を配設し、該リード
    位置決め枠の内側にフラツトＩＣの各リード位置
    に合せて凹型電極を設け、かつ前記リード圧着板
    をリード位置決め枠の内周に案内させてフラツト
    ＩＣのリードに対し垂直方向に移動可能に設置し
    たことを特徴とする多ピンフラツトＩＣ用測定治
    具。
