を説明する断面図、第２図〜第７図は本考案によ
る流量制御装置の実施例と動作を示す断面図、第
８図は従来の各種流量制御装置を示す断面図であ
る。 図において、１は主シリンダ、２は液室、３は
タンク、４はピストン、５は弁体、６は空気室、
８はピストン位置制御シリンダ、１２，１４はピ
ストンロツド、１３はパイロツト弁をそれぞれ示
す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流量制御弁の弁体５を駆動する主シリンダ１の
側部に、該主シリンダ１のピストン位置を制御す
るピストン位置制御シリンダ８を、そのピストン
ロツド１４が主シリンダ１のピストンロツド１２
と同じ側に突出するように配設し、 該ピストン位置制御シリンダ８のピストンロツ
ド１４で駆動されるパイロツト弁１３を、主シリ
ンダ１のピストンロツド１２側およびピストン位
置制御シリンダ８のピストンロツド１４側の片方
と連動して移動するように設け、 該パイロツト弁１３は、主シリンダ１の液室と
液体タンクの液部との間に配管配設され、ピスト
ン位置制御シリンダ８のピストンロツド１４に対
する主シリンダ１のピストンロツド１２の相対位
置によつて開閉される位置関係となつていること
を特徴とする流量制御装置。
