Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空気作動器17の伸縮可能な室構造体42
内にある密閉室49から液体を排出するための制
御システム10において、 加圧気体を供給して空気作動器17内の室構造
体42を伸長させ、加圧気体を排出して室構造体
42を収縮させることにより加圧気体と液体とを
密閉室49から排出させる手段65を有し、該手
段65は加圧気体を室構造体42に供給する第1
位置20と加圧気体を室構造体42から排出する
第2位置21とを有するバルブ16を備えており
、更に、前記手段65はバルブ16に連結した第
1端部62と室構造体42の密閉室49内部に所
定の長さだけ伸長している第2端部64とを有す
るチユーブ60を備えており、前記第2端部64
は室構造体42が収縮位置にあるときに密閉室4
9の最下端部46に極めて近接して配置されるよ
うになつている制御システム10。 (2) バルブ16がパイロツト作動型であること
を特徴とする請求項(1)記載の制御システム10
。 (3) バルブ16が2位置3方向バルブであるこ
とを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の制御システム1
0。 (4) チユーブ60の第2端部64が、室構造体
42が伸長位置にあるときに密閉室49の最下端
部46から隔置されていることを特徴とする請求
項(1)記載の制御システム10。 (5) 空洞部40を形成するハウジング39と 収縮位置と伸長位置とを有する室構造体42で
あつて、ハウジング39の空洞部40内にある密
閉室49を形成する室構造体42と 室構造体42に連結している第1端部62と室
構造体42の密閉室49内部に伸長している第2
端部64とを有するチユーブ60であつて、該第
2端部64は室構造体42が収縮位置にあるとき
に密閉室49の最下端部46に極めて近接して配
置されるようになつているチユーブ60と を備えている空気作動器17。 (6) 室構造体42が伸長位置を有し、該位置に
おいては室構造体42の密閉室49の最下端部4
6がチユーブ60の第2端部64から隔置されて
いることを特徴とする請求項(5)記載の空気作動
器17。 (7) 室構造体42が上部板44、下部板46お
よびひだ付蛇腹48を備え、該ひだ付蛇腹48の
一端は上部板44に連結し、他端は下部板46に
連結していることを特徴とする請求項(5)記載の
空気作動器17。 (8) 前記上部板44がハウジング39の空洞部
40をシールするためにOリングシール50を備
えていることを特徴とする請求項(7)記載の空気
作動器17。 (9) 下部板46がひだ付蛇腹48とともに移動
することを特徴とする請求項(7)記載の空気作動
器17。
