- 半導体素子製造装置の真空槽内におけるウエハ
回転機構において、ウエハをモーターにより回転
させる手段と該モーターの動作を光センサーを用
いて外部より窓ガラスを通して行なう手段より成
る事を特徴とするウエハ回転機構。
