  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プリント基板２を装着するテーブル１と、 該テーブル１に対してボンデイングチツプ４を
    上昇、降下させる昇降駆動部５と、 該ボンデイングチツプ４を加熱する電源供給部
    ６を制御する制御部７とを備え、該ボンデイング
    チツプ４の降下により実装すべき半導体素子３の
    複数の端子片３Ａを同時に該プリント基板２の所
    定のランド２Ａに押圧し、該制御部７の加熱指令
    により該ボンデイングチツプ４が加熱され、該端
    子片３Ａの半田付けが行なわれるボンデイング装
    置であつて、 前記制御部７の加熱指令に同期してレーザービ
    ーム１０を出力する光源部８と、 該レーザービーム１０を所定の前記端子片３Ａ
    に照射する光学機構９とが具備されたことを特徴
    とするボンデイング装置。
