Claims (1)
- シリンダヘツドの副室形成用凹部に嵌合される
断熱性の副室チヤンバー部材を円筒状のセラミツ
ク部材で形成し、該セラミツク部材の外周に金属
リングを焼嵌めすることにより一体化して上記シ
リンダヘツドの副室形成凹部に嵌合するとともに
、上記金属リングと上記シリンダヘツドとの間に
断熱空間を形成したエンジンの副室構造において
、上記焼嵌めされる金属リングを、中央部が薄肉
で両端部に行くに従つて次第に外方側に厚肉とな
る中細り形状になすとともに、該金属リングを上
記シリンダヘツドとシリンダブロツクとの間に挾
持して上記金属リングの軸方向への熱変形を実質
的に拘束したことを特徴とするエンジンの副室構
造。
