Claims (1)
- エンジンのシリンダヘツドの凹部に嵌挿され該
シリンダヘツドと協働して副室を形成する副室画
定部材であつて、セラミツクスで出来たカツプ状
の副室画定部材本体と、該副室画定部材本体の周
囲に焼き嵌めされている耐熱鋼で出来たリングと
から構成されており、前記副室画定部材本体の底
壁には前記副室とエンジンの主室とを連通する噴
口が形成されており、該噴口に近い側では前記リ
ングの板厚は厚く、前記噴口から遠い側では前記
リングの板厚は薄いことを特徴とするエンジンの
副室画定部材。
