Claims (1)
- 噴流式はんだ槽のノズル上に、被はんだ付け板
の搬送方向と同一の方向性の反り防止部材を設け
、この反り防止部材により被はんだ付け板のノズ
ル上での反りを防止する被はんだ付け板の反り防
止装置において、前記はんだ槽の被はんだ付け板
搬入側面と被はんだ付け板搬出側面とに沿つて同
一送りピツチのねじ棒を回転自在に設け、この両
側のねじ棒に前記反り防止部材の両端部を螺合し
、前記両側のねじ棒間に回転連動機構を設けたこ
とを特徴とする被はんだ付け板の反り防止装置。
