    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 感熱板とダイヤフラムとダイヤフラム支持板と
    で空気室を形成し、緩慢な温度上昇で膨脹する空
    気はリークブロツクよりリークさせ、火災による
    温度上昇で膨脹した空気室の空気によりダイヤフ
    ラムを変位させ火災を検出するようにした差動式
    熱感知器において、前記リーク孔をレーザー加工
    されたダイヤフラムの小孔とするとともにダイヤ
    フラムの材料をステンレス鋼薄板としたことを特
    徴とする差動式熱感知器。
