- 半導体ウエハの電気的特性を測定するテストヘ
ツド本体及び該本体を支持するテストヘツドベー
スからなるテストヘツドを固定する治具において
、上部に位置決め用ピンを有した取付台と、前記
テストヘツドベースの端部を前記取付台に固定す
るクランプとを具備し、前記テストヘツドベース
の端部に前記位置決め用ピンと嵌合する位置決め
用穴を設けたことを特徴とするテストヘツド固定
治具。
