This type of jig is provided to hold a capacitor via its lead wire and perform aging treatment by applying electricity to the lead wire in a high-temperature atmosphere. However, the lead wires of a capacitor have two different lengths that protrude in a bifurcated manner, and are relatively flexible and bendable. This caused a significant drop in work efficiency.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the capacitor C is gripped by the gripping claw 2 of the turret 1, rotated intermittently, and transferred, and then transferred to the holding claw 3 for transfer, which is waiting in advance at a predetermined position. As shown in FIG. 2, the holding claw 3 for transfer is provided so as to be openable and closable at the tip of a rod holding member 32 fixed to an elevating shaft 31 and a slide rod 33 movably fitted to the rod holding member 32. , which holds the capacitor C between them, with the lead wires l 1 and l 2 facing downward, the long lead wire l 1 aligned in the axial direction of the capacitor, and the short lead wire l 2 facing the right side. The object is held in a certain position while being held. By the combined movement of the lifting shaft 31 and the slide rod 33, it is possible to move the jig downward diagonally, and it is possible to transport the jig 4 to the upper end insertion side of the jig 4, which is disposed diagonally below.

On the other hand, the jig 4 has a partition plate 41 in the center as shown in FIG. It is designed so that it can be received and held by the chuck 42. The chuck 42 has one end pressed against the operating rod 43 to open its gripping end, and after the lead wire is inserted, the pressure of the operating rod 43 is released and the chuck 42 is opened by the reaction force of the spring 44.

In the method of the present invention, two types of guide mechanisms are provided on the upper part of the jig 4, that is, on the lead wire insertion side. One of them is a guide plate 45 in which the upper end of the partition plate 41 is projected upward and bent at an almost right angle, and a V-shaped notch 45' as shown in FIG. 3 is provided in this bent part. It is configured. Another guide mechanism is a set of two guide members 46 that can be moved close to each other and separated.
a and 46b are provided at opposite positions on both sides of the upper part of the partition plate 41. Guide members 46a, 46b
are provided with semi-conical guide grooves 46a'' and 46b'' forming mortar-shaped guide surfaces 46a' and 46b', respectively, which are inclined toward the partition plate side.

When attaching the capacitor C to the jig 4 constructed in this way, as shown in FIG.
With the capacitor C held by the transfer holding claw 3, first lower it diagonally toward the jig as shown by the arrow a, and make sure that the long lead wire l1 is engaged with the V-shaped notch in the guide plate 45. While lowering the jig so as to meet the jig 4, the jig 4 is still moved to a position P1 slightly passing over the jig 4.
As a result, the long lead wire l1 is caught in the V-shaped notch and the insertion location is determined. Next, return it diagonally to position P 2 directly above the jig as indicated by arrow b. At this stage, the tip of the long lead wire l1 enters inside the slope of the guide member 46a, and the short lead wire l2
The tip also enters inside the slope of another guide member 46b. Now, when the capacitor C is lowered directly downward as shown by the d arrow, the tips of the lead wires l 1 and l 2 are guided by the slopes of the respective guide members and the partition plate 4
1 and inserted between the partition plate 41 and the chuck 42. When the capacitor C reaches a predetermined position, the actuating rod 43 releases the pressure on the chuck 42, and the lead wire is sandwiched between the capacitor C and the partition plate 41 to complete the installation.

In the above-described process, it is possible to move the transfer holding claw 3 that grips the capacitor C in the direction shown by the arrow using a known driving means. Further, since the guide members 46a and 46b can be moved close to each other,
In the initial stage, the capacitors may be kept in a separated state, and when the capacitor reaches the second stage position P2 , they may be moved to a close position.

According to the method of the present invention, this type of capacitor, for which the process of inserting lead wires is extremely difficult, can be easily and reliably mounted on the aging jig, streamlining the aging process and increasing productivity. is significantly improved.

1. In a method of inserting and mounting an electrolytic capacitor having two long and short lead wires protruding into a bifurcated shape into an aging jig from the lead wire side, only one lead wire is attached to the insertion side end surface of the jig so that only one lead wire is inserted into the aging jig from the lead wire side. A guide plate having a V-shaped notch for guiding in the insertion direction is provided, and a pair of guide members movable in opposite directions are provided on the insertion side. The capacitors, which are provided at opposing positions on the end face and held downward, are moved slightly on the jig so that the long lead wires are engaged with the V-shaped notches in the guide plate, and the tips of the short lead wires are moved to one side. After that, move the capacitor diagonally downward to a position directly above the jig, then lower it straight down to a predetermined position, insert the lead wire into the jig, and hold it. A method for mounting an electrolytic capacitor on an aging jig, which comprises mounting the lead wire by clamping and fixing the lead wire with claws.
