Claims (1)
- 流体を流す流路に連通する分岐管と上記分岐管
内を摺動するピストンと上記ピストンを往復動さ
せる駆動機構とからなる脈動発生装置において、
中心部がピストンロツドにより気密的に摺動自在
に挿通され内面が上記分岐管の外端面に気密に取
付けられ上記ピストンヘツドの裏側にバランスチ
ヤンバーを形成するガスシール板と、上記バラン
スチヤンバー内へ上記流路内圧力とほゞ等しい圧
力を付与するためのガス供給装置とを具えたこと
を特徴とする脈動発生装置。
