- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁本体内に摺動自在に設けられた可動弁体に連
結されよリニアモータを駆動し、この可動弁体を
変化させることにより、流体を制御する比例電磁
弁の駆動回路において、 前記可動弁体の現在位置と目標位置とから前記
リニアモータを流れる励磁電流の目標値を生成す
る目標値生成手段と、 前記リニアモータを流れる励磁電流の向きを切
替える切替スイツチと、 前記目標値に応じて前記切替スイツチへ切替指
令を出力する切替指令出力手段とを有することを
特徴とする比例電磁弁の駆動回路。
