Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガラスコートされた感知部とリード部とからな
    る感熱半導体素子の前記リード部にリード線を接
    続し、このリード線の接続付近と前記リード部と
    にセラミツク製またはステンレス製の保護筒を被
    せ、この保護筒内に充填したセラミツク系充填剤
    により前記リード線の接続付近と前記リード部と
    を前記保護筒に固定した後、前記保護筒とこの保
    護筒より露出する前記感知部とを耐食耐熱被膜剤
    により被覆したことを特徴とする熱検知装置。
