Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁性の固定台１に一定間隔をおいて垂直に
取付けられた耐食性金属からなる一対の支柱電極
３，３と、この支柱電極３，３に引出線８，８を
介して固定された基板７の表面に感熱体６を形成
してなる感熱素子５と、前記固定台１、支柱電極
３，３、感熱素子５及び引出線８，８の表面を被
覆してなる保護皮膜９とからなるものにおいて、
前記感熱素子５の面を支柱電極３，３を取付ける
固定台１の面に対して±４５°以内に配設したこ
とを特徴とする温度センサー。 ２ 引出線８が感熱体６の両端部に溶着固定され
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の温度セ
ンサー。
