    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ウエハデイスクと結合させるウエハチヤツク本
    体に半導体ウエハの外周部を吸着固定する支持ス
    テージを前記ウエハデイスクの露光光透過板と向
    き合せに形成し、かつ該支持ステΛジの下部にシ
    ール材を介して露光光透過板を固定し、ウエハチ
    ヤツク本体の露光光透過板と支持ステージとによ
    り画成される空間に、半導体ウエハに背圧を作用
    させるガスの導入管を開口したことを特徴とする
    両面露光装置用ウエハチヤツク。
