す斜視図、第４図は第３図に示したものの側面図
である。 図において１はセラミツク基板、２ａ，２ｂは
回路パターン、３はスルーホール、４，１１ａ，
１１ｂ，１１ｃは厚膜抵抗パターン、５はキヤパ
シタチツプ、６は導電性接着剤又ははんだ、１０
はスリツトである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 貫通するスリツトを有するセラミツク基板、こ
    のセラミツク基板の、第１の面から前記スリツト
    の長手方向の内側面を含め、第２の面に渡つて厚
    膜抵抗パターンが形成され、前記セラミツク基板
    の、第１の面の厚膜抵抗パターンとスリツトの内
    側面の厚膜抵抗パターンと第２の面の厚膜抵抗パ
    ターンとで１つの抵抗体が構成されていることを
    特徴とする厚膜抵抗体。
