Claims (1)
- 結晶成長時の基板を保温するために上記基板の
周囲に配されるヒートシールドであつて、該ヒー
トシールドは上記基板からの輻射熱に対して非透
過性の材料からなる第１筒体と該筒体表面を被覆
する石英製の第２筒体とを備えていることを特徴
とするヒートシールド。
