Claims (1)
- ビームブランキング用偏向器と、該ビームブラ
ンキング用偏向器に荷電粒子線を周期的に断続さ
せるための信号を送るパルス発生回路を備えた装
置において、前記ビームブランキング用偏向器で
兼ねられるか又は別個に設けられたアライメント
用偏向器を備えており、該アライメント用偏向器
に前記パルス発生回路の出力パルスの直流分によ
つて生ずる前記荷電粒子線の偏向を補正するため
の信号発生回路を接続したことを特徴とする荷電
粒子線装置。
