  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体を上下ユニツトに２分割し、且つ上方ユニ
    ツトを一端を支点として開閉可能に構成した装置
    に用いられ、上方ユニツトに開放方向の力を作用
    させるトーシヨンバーを備えてなる開閉機構にお
    いて、 前記トーシヨンバーを２本の弾性材で構成し、
    それぞれの弾性材の弾性力が、各弾性材に作用す
    るねじりモーメントの大きさに基づいて設定して
    あることを特徴とするトーシヨンバーを有する開
    閉機構。
