Claims (1)
- 平坦な透光性絶縁基板の一方の主面に離間して
分散配置された複数の受光素子を平坦な透光性保
護板で覆うと共に、上記透光性保護板から露出し
有効受光面積より外に延在した上記透光性絶縁基
板の一方の主面に、上記受光素子を配線した透光
性の導電パターンの端子部を設けたことを特徴と
する透過型光センサ。
