Claims (1)
- 対向配置された一対のパツドが圧接されるデイ
スクロータの環状摺動部に略半径方向に延びる冷
却用通風孔がデイスクロータの円周方向に複数個
並設されてなる自動車用デイスクブレーキにおい
て、略Ｕ字状で、開口方向両端部に外側に曲折し
て延びる一対の係止部と両腕部のほぼ中央が折り
返し形成された屈曲部が形成され、さらに該両腕
部は前後方向に折り曲げられて、その前後方向の
寸法がデイスクロータ軸方向の前記冷却用通風孔
の幅よりも大きくなるように形成されてなるバラ
ンスウエイトであつて、該バランスウエイトの両
腕部が、デイスクロータの外周方向から隣接する
前記冷却用通風孔にそれぞれ挿入されて、前記一
対の係止部が該冷却用通風孔の内周端部にそれぞ
れ弾発係止されるとともに、前記屈曲部が隣接し
た前記冷却用通風孔の間に隔壁に圧接され、かつ
各冷却用通風孔内に挿入された前記両腕部の折り
曲げ部が該冷却用風孔の前後壁に圧接されて装着
されることを特徴とする自動車用デイスクブレー
キのバランスウエイト。
