  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 野菜挿入口と野菜取出口とを有する筒状ケ
    ーシングと、このケーシングの中間部に形成され
    て野菜を通過させる狭窄部と、前記ケーシングの
    野菜挿入口側に設けられて前記狭窄部に向けて高
    圧水を噴射するノズルとを備え、前記ノズルから
    噴射された高圧水が前記ケーシング内で霧状に拡
    散されて前記狭窄部に絞り込まれたときに、前記
    野菜挿入口から前記ケーシング内に空気が吸い込
    まれて前記ケーシング内に前記高圧水と共に前記
    野菜取出口に向かう高速気流が発生するようにし
    たことを特徴とする野菜洗浄装置。 (2) ノズルを野菜挿入口の周りに等間隔に複数
    個配置し、この各ノズルの射出中心線が狭窄部の
    円錐状絞り面の仮想頂点で合致するようにした実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の野菜洗浄装置
    。 (3) ノズルから噴射する高圧水の拡散角度を３
    ０°〜４０°とすると共にこの高圧水の拡散外部
    は大粒で内部は小粒の霧状となるようにした実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の野菜洗浄装置。
