れるため、上下鋳型が相互にずれて、できた鋳物

鋳型Mを左右に並べて載せることができる広さの
上面を備えている。5は台車4を、渡し部材3に
隣接させて上面レベルが渡し部材3のそれと一致
する高さまで上昇させるための第1リフタであ
り、該第1リフタ5においては第2図に示すよう
に、2本の上向きシリンダ6,6が造型機1の左
側に位置する基礎フレーム7上に左右に所要の間
隔をおいて設置され、該シリンダ6,6のピスト
ンロツドの上端間には互いに平行する2本のタイ
バ8,8が介在部材9,9を介して架設され、該
タイバ8,8には台車4を載せるための支持部材
10が左右に摺動自在に支持されており、該支持
部材10は基礎フレーム7上に枢支された横向き
シリンダ11の伸縮作動により右側、中央、左側
の3位置に移動する構造になつている。12は支
持部材10の上昇により渡し部材3と同一高さま
で上つた台車4をさらに所要高さまで上昇させる
ための第2リフタであり、第2リフタ12におい
ては第2図に示すように、上向きシリンダ13が
基礎フレーム7におけるシリンダ6,6の間位置
に設置され、該シリンダ13のピストンロツドの
上端には台車4の車輪4a,4aを載せるための
前後方向に延びるレール14を備えた昇降テーブ
ル15が固着されており、該昇降テーブル15は
基礎フレーム7に摺動自在に係合するガイドピン
16を垂設することにより回り止めされている。
そして、該昇降テーブル15の下降時におけるレ
ール14の上面レベルは、支持部材10が下降し
ているときに台車4が昇降テーブル15上に移動
してくることができる高さになつている。17は
台車4を誘導するレールを敷設するためのレール
フレームで、第1リフタ5および第2リフタ12
の右側に位置して基礎上に設置されている。そし
て該レールフレーム17には下降した昇降テーブ
ル15のレール14上に所定場所から空の台車4
を誘導するためのレール18と、昇降テーブル1

14上から所定場所へ鋳型Mの載つた台車4を誘
導するためのレール19とが、それぞれ右方に延
びて敷設されている。また、レール18の上面レ
ベルは下降時の昇降テーブル15のレール14の
それと、レール19の上面レベルは上昇時の昇降
テーブル15のレール14のそれとそれぞれ一致
するようになつている。また、レール18の上方
位置には、レール18上の左端の台車4を昇降テ
ーブル15上に1台ずつ間欠的に押し込むための
台車搬入シリンダ20が装着され、該シリンダ2
0のピストンロツドの先端には、時計方向にだけ
回動可能な台車4用掛止部材21を垂設した掛止
機構22が左右に往復動自在に構成されて連結さ
れている。23は鋳型Mの載つた台車4を昇降テ
ーブル15上からレール19上へ1台ずつ間欠的
に押し出すための台車搬出シリンダで、基礎上に
設置されたフレーム24上に枢支され、該シリン
ダ23の先端には上昇した台車4の左側面と係合
可能な係合部材25を有する係合機構26が左右
に往復動自在に構成されて接続されている。27
