Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一方向に並ぶ３本のビームを発する半導体レー
    ザのビームの夫々を各別に受光する受光素子を並
    設してモニタする半導体レーザのモニタ回路にお
    いて、 前記受光素子のうち両端に位置する２つの受光
    素子の出力に夫々重み付けする第１、第２の重み
    付け回路と、この第１、第２の重み付け回路の出
    力を加算する加算回路と、中央に位置する受光素
    子の出力から前記加算回路の出力を減算する第１
    の減算回路と、該減算回路の出力に重み付けする
    第３の重み付け回路と、該第３の重み付け回路の
    出力に各別に重み付けする第４、第５の重み付け
    回路と、一端に位置する受光素子の出力から第４
    の重み付け回路の出力を減算する第２の減算回路
    と、他端に位置する受光素子の出力から第５の重
    み付け回路の出力を減算する第３の減算回路とを
    備え、前記第２及び第３の減算回路の各出力を、
    一端及び他端の各ビームの光強度とし、前記第３
    の重み付け回路の出力を、中央のビームの光強度
    とすべく構成していることを特徴とする半導体レ
    ーザのモニタ回路。
