３２は第２のアツテネータ、３３および３４は第
１および第２の減衰表示板、４は第２のレンズ、
５は出力接栓、６はビームプリツタ、７は第３の
レンズ、８は光パワーメータをそれぞれ示してい
る。

Claims (1)
- 入力光を平行光とする第１のレンズと、前記平
行光を減衰せしする可変減衰器と、該可変減衰器
の出力光を集光して出力する第２のレンズとより
なる光可変アツテネータにおいて、前記可変減衰
器の出力光を分光するビームスプリツタと、該ビ
ームスプリツタの出力光を計測する計測手段とを
付設し、前記計測手段の計測により前記第２のレ
ンズの出力光を監視するようにしたことを特徴と
する光可変アツテネータ。
