Claims (1)
- 先端部を閉じた耐熱性の保護管１１に熱電対１
２を挿入し、該熱電対１２の先端に設けた測温接
点１３を保護管１１の先端部に配置した熱電式温
度計において、金属管からなるシース１４で覆つ
た熱電対１２を用い、該シース１４の先端に測温
接点１３を設け、保護管１１の先端部に熱伝導良
好な充填材１５を充填すると共に、該充填材１５
に上記シース１４の先端部及び熱電対１２の測温
接点１３を埋設したことを特徴とする熱電式温度
計。
