It is about how to do it.

The utility poles are located at both ends of the construction zone, and the street lines outside the construction zone are held back by the utility poles. Since the installation cost would increase if a restraining device for detaining a passing wire is installed on all utility poles, conventionally, a detaining utility pole with a permanent restraining device installed every several poles has been installed in advance.

The problem is that you have to do it. Extending the construction section not only increases construction costs such as laying bypass cables, but also causes the problem of expanding the power outage area.

We came up with a method to connect the connecting parts of the retaining clamps and conducted experiments.

It became clear that the problem was that it was not possible to easily relocate the equipment to Zhang Insulator. The same results were obtained with a conventional retaining clamp that had two connecting sections on the upper and lower sides. In other words, the vertical distance between both connecting parts is
This is because it is smaller than the vertical distance between the tightening tool and the tension insulator.

のである。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method of the present invention for retaining the street wires is to provide support for supporting the insulators of the utility poles on which the street wires are stretched through the insulators. First, connect the tensioning device connection part extending below the tension insulator connection part of the retention clamp to the arm via the tensioning tool, grip the line with the retention clamp, and then attach the tensioning tool. After the tension insulator is shortened and supported in the lowered position, the tension insulator connecting portion of the retaining clamp is connected to the tip of the tension insulator whose base end is attached to the support arm and held substantially horizontally. The retaining clamp fitting used in the above method of the present invention is provided with an upper connecting part at the upper part of the proximal side of the main body, and a connecting part for the tightening tool at the lower part of the proximal side of the main body. It is characterized by having a feed line engaging portion on the side and a retaining clamp engaging portion midway between the base end and the distal end of the main body.

At this time, the tightening tool is approximately horizontal. Thereafter, when the tension insulator is attached at its base end to the support arm and held substantially horizontally, the tension insulator and the tightening tool weigh vertically and interfere with each other, creating a vertical gap between them.

It is possible to easily move the connection of the retaining clamp from the tightening tool to the tension insulator and retain the line without being affected by the above.

Therefore, the above-mentioned work can be easily carried out on each utility pole adjacent to each other with the required location in between, without installing a restraining device on all utility poles. As a result, it is possible to reduce the construction section between the shortest utility poles, significantly reducing construction costs, and to minimize the power outage area.

By connecting to the clamp, the tightening device connecting portion can be easily extended below the tension insulator connecting portion of the retaining clamp.

円滑に行うことができる。By engaging the line engagement part at the tip of the main body with the line from above, the upper connecting part is prevented from rotating downward about the tightening tool connecting part when the line is supported in the lowered position. Therefore, the upper connecting portion can be held at a substantially constant height with respect to the tightening tool connecting portion, and the retaining clamp held by the feed line can hold the upper connecting portion due to the tension of the feed line. Since the downward rotation about the center can be restricted by the retention clamp locking part located halfway between the base end and the tip of the main body, the connection between the tension insulator connection part and the tightening tool connection part can be restricted. The vertical distance between the tension insulators can be maintained substantially constant, and the tension insulator connecting part can be prevented from separating forward from the tip of the tension insulator, so that the tension insulator connecting part and the tension insulator connecting part can be The positional relationship with the tightening tool connecting portion can be obtained in close proximity. Therefore, it is possible to easily and smoothly move the connection of the tie-down clamp that grips the line from the tightening tool to the tension insulator to hold the line.

At this time, the retaining clamp 4 is rotated downward clockwise in the figure around the lower connecting hole 4d due to the tension of the feed line A. However, the guide roller 5 of the retaining clamp fixture 1 engages with the through line A, and the downward clockwise rotation of the retaining clamp fixture 1 is restricted, and the retaining clamp locking base 6 is attached to the retaining clamp 4. It abuts from below and restricts its downward rotation. Therefore, the vertical distance between the tension insulator connection hole 4a and the turnbuckle connection hole 4c of the retaining clamp 4 can be maintained substantially constant, and the tension insulator connection hole 4a can be connected to the tension insulator connection hole 4a. It can be prevented from moving forward away from the tip connection hole (tip) 12a of No. 12. As a result, the positional relationship between the tension insulator connection hole 4a and the tip connection hole 12a of the tension insulator 12 can be maintained in a close state as shown in FIG.

Not only can the same thing be used repeatedly, but it is also easy to hold the line at the adjacent utility poles across the required area without being affected by interference between the tightening tool and the tension insulator.
