    含むプロセスユニツトの寿命管理機構において、 画像形成装置本体に設けられ、前記プロセスユ
    ニツトの使用頻度を計測するリセツト機構を備え
    たカウンタと、 前記プロセスユニツト内部にあり、前記感光体
    ドラムの回転によつて回転する任意の回転軸上に
    設けられ、該回転軸上を移動可能なリセツト部材
    とから成り、 該リセツト部材は、前記プロセスユニツトが未
    使用の場合にのみ、前記カウンタのリセツト機構
    を作動させる位置にあることを特徴とするプロセ
    スユニツトの寿命管理機構。
