る電圧発生回路と、 前記目標変位量を微分・出力する微分回路と、 前記微分回路より出力される微分出力を絶対値
化する絶対値回路と、 前記絶対値回路より出力される絶対微分出力に
比例する周波数のパルス信号を出力する電圧―周
波数変換回路と、 前記電圧―周波数変要回路よりのパルス信号出
力タイミングで前記電圧発生回路の出力電圧をパ
ルス状に出力し、圧電素子に印加するパルス電圧
出力回路と、 を備えたことを特徴とする圧電素子制御装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載の装置にお
いて、圧電素子の変位センサを有し、該変位セン
サの検出出力に基づき圧電素子の目標変位と実際
の変位との誤差を修正することを特徴とする圧電
素子制御装置。
