Claims (1)
- エンコーダよりの連続パルスを積算する位置積
算カウンタと、前記位置積算カウンタより出力さ
れる位置信号と位置指令信号より位置誤差信号を
出力する位置制御増幅器と、単位時間毎の位置信
号をサンプリングして蓄積する位置レジスタと、
前記位置レジスタの出力と前記位置信号より単位
時間における差分を速度信号として出力する速度
レジスタと、電動機に直結された加速度センサと
、前記加速度センサの出力を積分し速度信号が入
力される毎に前記速度信号で校正を行い積分速度
信号として出力する積分器と、前記位置誤差信号
と前記積分速度信号より速度誤差信号を出力する
速度制御増幅器と、前記速度誤差信号を増幅して
ドライブ電流を出力する電流増幅器と、前記ドラ
イブ信号により駆動される前記エンコーダに直結
された電動機とを含むことを特徴とする位置決め
装置。
