Claims (1)
- パン材料をパン焼成ケースに投入してパンを焼
上げる装置において、前記パン焼成ケースに内設
させる撹拌羽根を取付ける回転軸に軸カバーを固
設させ、前記軸カバーを先細り形状に形成し、回
転方向に対し略直交する複数の押圧係合面を外周
に等間隔に設け、その軸カバーを前記羽根の内孔
に遊嵌状に挿入係止させるべく構成したことを特
徴とする製パン器の撹拌装置。
