Claims (1)
- 薄い可撓性電気絶縁板の両面にそれぞれ無電解
メツキあるいは加熱接着により形成された膜状電
極と、上記絶縁板上の複数の温度測定点でのみ上
記両面の膜状電極に対し熱電対を形成する電極金
属にて上記両膜状電極を部分的に短絡してなる複
数の測定点電極と、上記両面電極をそれぞれエツ
チングすることにより形成された複数の電路とを
具えたことを特徴とする多点温度測定シート。
