- 中央部に試料が収容され、且つ該試料を冷却す
る媒体容器、冷却媒体の温度上昇を防ぐために設
けた外側の冷却媒体容器、前記外側容器の外側に
取り付けられた断熱材、および試料保持具に冷却
媒体用導入管が取り付けられてなる装置の測定光
透過用の窓内を真空にしてなることを特徴とする
試料冷却装置。
