  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明基板上に、遮光層、受光層、透明導電層及
    び透明絶縁層が順次積層されたものであつて、当
    該透明絶縁層に密着させた原稿を等倍で読み取る
    密着形イメージセンサにおいて、 前記受光層は読取画素対応に設けた長方形の開
    口部を有し、 前記遮光層は前記各開口部の内側で且つ原稿送
    り元側に片寄らせて設けた通光窓を有する、 ことを特徴とした密着形イメージセンサ。
