端子、４はアルミニウムワイヤー、５はカン、６
は圧電基板、７，８は指電極、９は反射器、１０
はボンデイングパツト、１１は引き廻し配線。

- 一個の圧電基板上に指電極群の組合せを配設し
て複数個の弾性表面波素子を設けたチツプを有す
る弾性表面波装置に於て、指電極群の各外部接続
用ボンデイングパツトを弾性波表面素子の中間部
分に形成してなるチツプを備えたことを特徴とす
る弾性表面波装置。
