段とを具備し、前記計測手段として、この計測手
段に導かれる試料ガスとキヤリアガスとの混合ガ
スの熱伝導率を、キヤリアガスのみの熱伝導率と
比較することによつて、混合ガス中の試料ガス濃
度を計測する熱伝導率検出器を用いたことを特徴
