Claims (1)
- 試料を加熱しつつその試料から発生する試料ガ
スの定量分析を行う熱分析装置であつて、前記試
料を加熱する加熱手段と、加熱に伴つて試料から
発生する試料ガスの発生量を計測する計測手段と
、試料ガスをキヤリアガスによつて前記加熱手段
から前記計測手段に連続的に導く試料ガス導入手
段とを具備し、前記計測手段として、この計測手
段に導かれる試料ガスとキヤリアガスとの混合ガ
スの熱伝導率を、キヤリアガスのみの熱伝導率と
比較することによつて、混合ガス中の試料ガス濃
度を計測する熱伝導率検出器を用いたことを特徴
とする熱分析装置。
