- 電界に応じて発光を呈する発光層を透明電極と
背面電極との間に配設し、少なくとも前記発光層
と前記背面電極との間に絶縁層を配設する薄膜Ｅ
Ｌ素子において、前記絶縁層と前記背面電極との
間に高抵抗材料層を配設したことを特徴とする薄
膜ＥＬ素子。
