れた複数列のリードピンとを備える集積回路用パ
ツケージであつて、 該リードピンの各々は、周囲に所定の厚さの誘
電体層を介して形成され且つ接地された外周導体
を備えていることを特徴とする集積回路用パツケ
ージ。
