Method. (Prior art) Conventionally, when painting is performed while moving objects in a painting booth, there are multiple objects to be painted in a row, and each object is painted in such a way that they do not receive sprayed paint from each other. The inside of the booth has been devised. In particular, it is necessary to prevent fluctuations in the airflow that occur when starting and stopping the flow of air to the object to be coated in the coating booth before starting and finishing the coating. As a method for preventing this problem, there is a method for operating a painting booth disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 185082/1982. As shown in FIG. 4, the coating booth used in this operating method has a tunnel-like shape with air supply chambers 1a and Ib in the upper part and paint mist separation chambers 2a and 2b in the lower part. Partition plates 4a, 4b, 4 are provided in the painting booth 3 and in the vertical direction of its entrance and exit, extending from the air supply chambers 1a, lb to the paint mist separation chambers 2a, 2b.

When the vehicle body 5 approaches zone lla, the opening/closing door 6a is opened, and the vehicle body 5 enters zone lla to be painted. At this time, the wind speed in zone Ilb is also adjusted, and when the vehicle body 5 approaches zone Ilb, the opening/closing door 6
b is opened and the vehicle body 5 enters zone llb to be painted. After painting this first car body 5, the first car body 5 is transported outside the painting booth 3, and the second and subsequent car bodies 5 are painted.
The painting is carried out with the opening/closing door 6c open. When the paint booth 3 is stopped, the final vehicle body 5 is in zone 1.
At the stage of moving away from b, the opening/closing doors 8a and 8b are closed, and at the same time, the air supply fan 7a and the exhaust fan 9a are stopped. after that,
When the last vehicle body 5 leaves zone llb, the opening/closing door 6
Close c and supply air fan? b and exhaust fan 9b are stopped. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The method for operating the painting booth described above is difficult to operate in actual operation and requires a large number of parts, so further improvements are required. Therefore, the invention of the tree is to form a zone between each air supply chamber and exhaust chamber in a painting booth formed by opposing the air supply chamber and exhaust chamber, and to adjust the wind speed of the horizontal airflow for each zone. Accordingly, the air supply and exhaust volume of each zone can be controlled, and the airflow can be started and stopped sequentially for each zone without creating a horizontal airflow between each zone. The purpose is to provide a method for controlling airflow inside a booth. (Means for Solving the Problems) A feature of the present invention for achieving the above object is that the air supply and exhaust chambers in the first half zone are divided into zones in which the air supply chamber and the exhaust chamber are opposed to each other in the painting booth. After starting exhaust to generate a vertical airflow, the exhaust volume in the latter half zone is increased depending on the position of the object to be coated in the first half zone, and then depending on the wind speed of the horizontal airflow in the first half zone. Then, the air supply flow in the second half zone is increased while adjusting, and when the exhaust air in the second half zone reaches a predetermined amount, the generation of airflow in the second half zone is set by keeping the intake air amount in the second half zone constant. , The exhaust volume in the first half zone is decreased according to the position of the object to be coated in the second half zone, and the air supply volume in the first half zone is decreased according to the wind speed of the horizontal airflow in the second half zone. When the exhaust volume in the first half zone reaches zero, the air flow in the first half zone is stopped by keeping the air supply volume in the first half zone constant. (Function) With the above airflow control method in the coating booth, when the object to be coated is being painted in the coating booth, no horizontal airflow is generated in each zone where the object to be coated is progressing.
There is no need to spray paint onto each object being painted, and in addition, air supply and exhaust can be started and stopped to generate airflow sequentially from the first half of the zone to the second half of the zone. (Example) An example of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a coating booth 3 operated by the method for controlling air waves in a coating booth according to the present invention. First, this configuration will be explained. This paint booth 3 has the same configuration as that already explained in the section of the prior art based on FIG. 4, and detailed explanation will be omitted by assigning the same symbols to the parts. Air supply chambers 1a and 1b separated by a partition plate 4 are located in the upper part of the painting booth 3 shown in FIG. connected to each air supply fan 7? Well-known temperature controllers 8a and 8b are connected to a and 7b. Each air supply fan? a
, 7b are electrically connected to supply air fan control devices 12a and 12b for changing the supply air volume, which are further electrically connected to a main control device 13 for central control. In the lower part of the painting booth 3, exhaust chambers 2a and 2b are located which are divided in half like the upper part, and exhaust fans 9a and 9b are attached to each exhaust chamber 2a and 2b via ducts, and each exhaust fan 9a,
Exhaust fan control devices 14a and 14b are attached to 9b, and are electrically connected to the above-mentioned main control device l3! fc
#i! has been done. There is a space between the above-described air supply chambers 1a, lb and exhaust chambers 2a, 2b, and each air supply chamber 1a
, lb and the respective exhaust chambers 2a, 2b are formed to face each other, and zones lla, llb are formed in each of these facing spaces. A well-known wind speed detector 15 is installed at approximately the midpoint in the longitudinal direction of each zone lla and llb.
a, +5b are attached, and each zone lla,
It is now possible to detect the velocity of the directional horizontal airflow generated within Ilb. Each wind speed detector 15
A and 15b are similarly electrically connected to the main control device 13, and the intake air amount and exhaust amount for each zone lla and lb can be changed according to each detected value. Inside the painting booth 3 having such a configuration, the car body 5, which is the object to be painted, is placed in each zone 11a. While moving the tib,
The car body 5 is painted in different colors in succession. Next, an explanation will be given of the operation of the method for controlling airflow in a painting booth of the present invention using the above-mentioned painting booth 3, in which airflow is sequentially generated in each zone lla and llb, as shown in FIG. do. First, the first half air supply chambers 1a, l
Before the first vehicle body 5 enters between the air supply fan 7a and the exhaust chambers 2a and 2b, the main control device 13 causes the air supply fan control device +2a and the exhaust fan control device 14a to Start 9a. Then, the vehicle body 5 enters the first zone lla and is painted by a painting nozzle (not shown). Furthermore, when the vehicle body 5 advances and reaches point A in the first half zone lla, the main controller 13 controls the supply air fan control device 12b and the exhaust fan control device 14b in the second half zone llb to
A start command is issued to the exhaust fan 9b and the exhaust fan 9b. Note that point A is an arbitrary point on the vehicle body 5 within the first half zone lla, is related to the second half zone llb, and is determined according to the state of the airflow in both zones. In response to the above-mentioned command, the exhaust fan 8b in the second half zone llb rotates at a preset rotational speed increase in the exhaust fan control device 14b, thereby increasing its displacement. On the other hand, the air supply fan 7b in the second half zone llb is on standby under the control of the air supply fan control device 12b. Then, the exhaust volume by the exhaust fan 9b gradually increases until the exhaust volume reaches a set value B, but this set value B can be controlled by the rotation speed of the exhaust fan 9b, etc., which is replaced with the exhaust volume. be. At this time, a part of the airflow in the first half zone lla tries to move to the second half zone llb by the exhaust fan 9b, but the wind speed detector 1 in the second half zone lla
5a detects the horizontal wind speed in that zone, and if the detected wind speed value in the direction shown by arrow e in FIG. Increase the amount of air supplied by b. That is, the required amount of air supply is increased within a range that does not cause horizontal movement of the airflow in the first half zone Ila to the second half zone Ilb. The amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7b increases, and the first half zone l
If the wind speed value in the direction indicated by the arrow ■ in FIG.
Since there is a risk that the airflow may cause water to move to the front half zone lla, the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan b is reduced. In this way, by adjusting the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7b, generation of horizontal airflow in the first half zone lla is prevented. Then, when the rotational speed of the exhaust fan 9b increases and the exhaust amount reaches the set value B, the air supply amount of the air supply fan 7b is maintained constant, and the continuous operation of the painting process is performed. It will be done. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, we will explain how to stop the airflow in each of the first and second half zones lla and llb in sequence. First, on the painting line, when the final vehicle body 5 enters the second half zone Ilb, is painted, and reaches point E in the second half zone Ilb, the main controller 13 issues a command to the exhaust fan control device 14a to stop the exhaust fan 9a. , exhaust fan control device 14a
According to the preset rotation reduction speed,
Reduce emissions. Note that point E is an arbitrary point in the direction in which the vehicle body 5 moves in the second half zone ub, is related to point A in the first half zone 11a, and is determined by the airflow state in both zones. Then, the rotational speed is reduced until the exhaust amount by the exhaust fan 8a becomes zero, but at this time, the wind speed is detected by the wind speed detector 15b in the second half zone llb, and the wind speed value in the direction shown by the arrow θ in FIG. is smaller than F, the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7a is reduced. That is, the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7a is reduced within a range that does not cause horizontal movement of airflow in the second half zone llb. Then, due to the decrease in the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7a, the detected wind speed value in the direction indicated by the arrow ■ in FIG.
If it is larger than , it is a dangerous value that the airflow in the second half zone llb tries to move horizontally to the first half zone lla, so by increasing the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7a, the airflow in the second half zone llb is pushed back. Let's do it.
By adjusting the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7a in this manner, generation of horizontal airflow within the second half zone lb is prevented. Then, when the exhaust amount by the exhaust fan 3a becomes zero, the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan 7a is maintained constant, so that painting is performed in the second half zone llb, and the vehicle body 5 is moved to the painting booth 3. When going outside, the air supply fan 7a and exhaust fan 9 of the first half zone lla
a, and the supply air fan 7b and exhaust fan 3b of the second half zone llb are stopped. In this way, when starting the first half zone lla, then starting and stopping the second half zone llb, it is possible to stop the first half zone lla and then stop the second half zone llb. As a result, the first half zone lla and the second half zone llb can be sequentially started and stopped, thereby eliminating unnecessary operation of the first half zone lla and the second half zone llb at the time of starting and stopping. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the method for controlling airflow in a painting booth of the present invention, an air supply chamber and an exhaust chamber are opposed to each other in the painting booth to form zones, and each zone has horizontal direction. Prevents airflow and adjusts air supply and exhaust in adjacent painting processes without spraying squares of paint onto each other. Moreover, the air supply and exhaust can be activated sequentially to generate airflow in each zone. On the other hand, they can be stopped sequentially. This saves energy, and since the paint booth can be started and stopped sequentially, it is not necessary to start and stop the entire painting booth at once, which can reduce unnecessary operations. The structure is also simpler than before, as parts such as opening/closing doors have been removed.

徴とする塗装ブース内の気流制御方法。(1) After the painting booth is divided into zones with an air supply chamber and an exhaust chamber facing each other, the air supply and exhaust in the first half zone is started to generate a vertical airflow, and then the air flow in the first half zone is The exhaust volume in the second half zone is increased according to the position of the object to be painted, and the air supply volume in the second half zone is increased while being adjusted according to the wind speed of the horizontal airflow in the first half zone. When the predetermined amount is reached, the generation of airflow in the second half zone is set by keeping the air supply amount in the second half zone constant, and on the other hand, the airflow in the first half zone is set depending on the position of the object to be coated in the second half zone. The exhaust volume of the zone is decreased, and the air supply volume of the first half zone is adjusted and decreased according to the wind speed of the horizontal airflow of the second half zone, and when the exhaust volume of the first half zone becomes zero, the first half zone An airflow control method in a painting booth characterized by stopping the airflow in the first half zone by keeping the air supply amount constant.
