Claims (1)
- 不活性ガス供給源に不活性ガスの減圧・流量調
節機構を介してガス混合比率調整機構を連設する
とともに、酸素ガス供給源に酸素ガスの減圧・流
量調節機構を介して前記ガス混合比率調整機構を
連設して、該ガス混合比率調整機構に混合ガスの
増圧機構を連設して焼成炉に連結したことを特徴
とする焼成炉の雰囲気ガス供給装置。
