Claims (1)
- 電磁式アクチユエータの往復運動により試験片
に変形を加え、試験片の強度を試験する試験装置
において、アクチユエータの一部に貫通穴を設け
て変位測定穴とし、該変位測定穴に光束を照射し
、変位測定穴を通過した光ビームを光学位置セン
サに照射することにより、アクチユエータの変位
を非接触で測定することを特徴とする細線強度試
験装置。
